Lead Insurance Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Insurance Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review trends in outstanding A/R, denials, and payment issues to identify improvement opportunities
• Combine multiple data sources using SQL and API calls, and prepare reports in Excel or Google Sheets
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and mentor new hires in data analysis best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, particularly in billing and follow-up with insurance companies
• Strong understanding of the claim submission process and common reimbursement issues
• Experience working with mental health and/or telehealth services
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and shape operational strategies
• Desire for a growth-oriented environment with open feedback and autonomy
