Job Summary

Driving pipeline growth in a remote full-time capacity, the Lead Integrated Marketing will translate market intelligence into targeted multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with buyer needs and sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify market trends and develop integrated campaign strategies aligned to pipeline goals
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and pipeline growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights and business priorities
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on integrated campaigns, demand generation, or ABM
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional buyers with long sales cycles preferred
