Job Summary
Driving pipeline growth in a remote full-time capacity, the Lead Integrated Marketing will translate market intelligence into targeted multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with buyer needs and sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify market trends and develop integrated campaign strategies aligned to pipeline goals
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and pipeline growth
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights and business priorities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on integrated campaigns, demand generation, or ABM
- Experience managing marketing campaigns tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
- Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional buyers with long sales cycles preferred
