Lead Integration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Integration Services Consultant to lead and transform their data migration practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end data migrations from external systems to the company for enterprise customers
• Own and improve the migration scoping process by defining requirements and building migration plans
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing and process documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend web development and complex data migrations in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong development skills in Node.js and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using iPaaS solutions
• Proven ability to work directly with customers to scope requirements and build migration plans
• Experience leading process improvements in migration or integration practices
• Project management skills to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed
