Job Summary

As a senior strategist in a full-time remote capacity, the Lead Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute high-impact internal communications strategies, drive alignment across the organization, and shape executive messaging to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global internal communications strategies that align with business priorities
• Drive long-term communications initiatives, establishing frameworks and best practices for organizational alignment
• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, shaping executive messaging and employee narratives during key business moments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal or executive communications
• Proven track record of leading enterprise communications strategies that influence executive stakeholders
• Experience managing communications for company-wide events such as all-hands meetings and executive announcements
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders on messaging and organizational change
• Exceptional editorial judgment and ability to integrate AI into communications workflows
