Lead International Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead International Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall international accounting processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of financial statements for international subsidiaries
• Collaborate with tax, payroll, legal, and accounting teams to manage compliance deliverables and oversee international audits
• Drive process improvements and review the work of team members, providing coaching and feedback as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent business degree
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting or Audit, including 2+ years in International accounting
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing relationships with third-party accounting-service providers
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools like NetSuite and Excel
