Job Summary
Serving as the methodological lead, the remote Lead Investigator - Human Trafficking will manage a strategic assessment project focused on forced labor and human trafficking in global supply chains, overseeing data collection and analysis while collaborating with government personnel and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead data collection activities, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and document reviews
- Triangulate qualitative and quantitative findings to identify operational and policy gaps and draft strategic assessment reports
- Coordinate closely with project team members and participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in public policy, international relations, human rights, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated expertise in responsible sourcing and forced labor risk mitigation
- Proven experience in leading mixed-methods research and evaluations
- Experience conducting assessments for U.S. Government clients or similar institutions
- Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to produce evidence-based reports
