Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Analyst Investment Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain detailed derivative reconciliations between subledger and general ledger accounts
- Review investment subledger set-up for accuracy and data integrity, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with financial statement reporting and audit support functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, investment companies, or CPA firms
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Basic Microsoft Access skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills (Pivots and Formulas)
