Lead Investment Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst Investment Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain detailed derivative reconciliations between subledger and general ledger accounts
• Review investment subledger set-up for accuracy and data integrity, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Assist with financial statement reporting and audit support functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, investment companies, or CPA firms
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Basic Microsoft Access skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills (Pivots and Formulas)
