Lead iOS Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the iOS architecture within a dedicated mobile pod, the full-time Lead iOS Engineer will design and build native iOS features in Swift and SwiftUI for a major financial-services client while ensuring code quality and security compliance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement native iOS features, integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Establish CI/CD and automated testing standards while mentoring a mid-level iOS engineer
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met for sensitive financial data handling

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of mobile development experience, including 4+ years in native iOS using Swift
• Deep understanding of SwiftUI and iOS architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean)
• Strong skills in async/concurrency and secure data handling on devices
• Experience with XCTest, CI/CD tools, and App Store release processes
• Self-directed and productive in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment
