Lead iOS Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried Lead iOS Mobile Engineer who will serve as the technical authority for iOS, driving architectural decisions and modernizing the platform while working remotely in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive architectural decisions and set engineering standards for the iOS mobile codebase
• Lead the modernization of the iOS platform, adopting SwiftUI and implementing automated testing
• Define and evolve mobile engineering processes and collaborate with product and design teams to influence roadmap decisions

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift
• Proven track record of technical ownership and leading architecture decisions
• Deep expertise in modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI and MVVM
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
