Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Apps Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Requests Catalog and Portals within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) group
  • Develop and maintain service requests, ensuring access to services based on customer needs
  • Drive adoption and use of tool functionality and methodologies, and document processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration
  • Proven experience using the BMC Helix/DWPa tool and API methods
  • In-depth knowledge of computer coding/programming practices and data management practices
  • Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
