Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Apps Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Service Requests Catalog and Portals within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) group
Develop and maintain service requests, ensuring access to services based on customer needs
Drive adoption and use of tool functionality and methodologies, and document processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline
Minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration
Proven experience using the BMC Helix/DWPa tool and API methods
In-depth knowledge of computer coding/programming practices and data management practices
Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
