Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead IT Apps Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Requests Catalog and Portals within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) group
- Develop and maintain service requests, ensuring access to services based on customer needs
- Drive adoption and use of tool functionality and methodologies, and document processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline
- Minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration
- Proven experience using the BMC Helix/DWPa tool and API methods
- In-depth knowledge of computer coding/programming practices and data management practices
- Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
