Lead IT Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Assurance Analyst to support risk reporting and monitoring processes through the assessment of IT controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with control owners to innovate and implement controls to minimize risks and improve control design
• Works with stakeholders to incorporate new or updated controls into testing and maintains departmental work processes for IT controls
• Develops metrics and maintains a risk register, performing assessments of IT Risk Acceptance requests and managing stakeholder issues and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 - 7 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Strong control background in IT SOX and SOC 2 preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio is desired
• Experience with data analysis and project management is preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control are preferred
