Lead IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead IT Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between PLM/Corporate Real Estate users and Investments IT teams, analyzing business requirements and processes while assisting in the evaluation of business requests and training users on system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Research and document existing PLM/CML processes for enhancement and accuracy
• Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility and prepare well-structured project documentation
• Facilitate communication among project team members and provide user manual documentation and training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related experience
• 5+ years of IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Intermediate SQL/Query and Excel skills
• Knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applications
• Insurance industry knowledge
