Lead IT Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT GRC Analyst (SOX).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT compliance activities including IT SOX 404, SOC, PCI, and technology internal audits
• Enhance the IT compliance program by assessing existing controls and designing new ones
• Monitor IT compliance posture and report findings to governance bodies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of IT Risk & Control Strategy and Governance concepts
• Experience with IT GRC platforms and regulatory frameworks such as NIST, SOX, and GDPR
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CIPP, CRISC, CISSP, and/or CISM
