Lead IT Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance corporate IT systems and security, the full-time Lead IT Specialist will manage Google Workspace administration, oversee identity and access management, and ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the IT technical roadmap and establish standards for device compliance and access management
• Own Google Workspace administration and lead identity and access management initiatives
• Build and maintain operational automation for onboarding/offboarding and ensure core security hygiene within IT

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or corporate systems leadership
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration and security controls
• Strong experience with SSO/SAML and SCIM, as well as endpoint management tools like Kandji and Intune
• Comfort operating in a compliance-driven environment (SOC2/ISO), including audits and operational controls
• Proven documentation skills and a mindset focused on repeatability and scalability
