Lead IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the modernization of lumen.com, the full-time remote Lead IT Systems Analyst will manage product backlogs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance digital experiences and product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for lumen.com initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Partner with Business, Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, features, and user stories
• Leverage AI-assisted product management practices to improve requirements analysis, backlog refinement, prioritization, and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and prioritization in Agile delivery environments
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms; knowledge of AEM or AEMaaCS is highly desirable
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize product performance
