Lead IT Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To modernize and scale corporate technology functions, the full-time remote Lead IT Systems Engineer will serve as the technical owner of Boulevard's IT environment, enhancing operations, automation, and service standards while collaborating across business units.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Boulevard's corporate IT environment, including systems, applications, and employee technology experience
- Build scalable IT operating models by assessing existing systems and establishing proactive processes
- Lead modernization efforts through automation, improving onboarding, access governance, and overall service delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT, enterprise technology, or related fields
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment with a strong understanding of IT service delivery
- Proven ability to lead complex IT initiatives from identification through implementation and operationalization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Strong expertise in identity and access management, endpoint management, and asset lifecycle management
