Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Telecom Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop telecommunications and Contact Center architecture, blueprints, and roadmaps
• Translate business objectives and technical needs into actionable designs
• Guide and supervise the deployment, integration, and testing of new systems and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in designing, building, and deploying software in IT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field
• TOGAF certification required
• Expertise in modern technologies, development patterns, and cloud/PaaS solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
