Job Summary

Leading the Java development efforts for the Advanced Ground Architecture program, the full-time remote Lead Java Software Engineer will manage software design, development, and maintenance while mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the design, development, testing, and maintenance of non-embedded software throughout its lifecycle
• Leads the translation of customer requirements into initial software product designs and monitors project performance
• Mentors early and mid-career developers, enhancing their skills and performance within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• 10+ years of experience with Java, C++, Angular/React.js, HTML, and CSS
• 10+ years of experience in software configuration management tools
• 10+ years of experience developing software products in a cloud environment
