Lead Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee proficiency and support organizational capability, the fully remote Lead Learning & Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs focused on various tools and platforms while collaborating with business leaders and the Ad Product Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using data and performance metrics to identify tool- and platform-specific requirements
• Design and deliver training content tailored to adult learning principles for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity in complex technical topics
• Holistically manage assigned training programs, including scoping, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or talent development roles with a focus on technical/tool training
• Experience in designing and facilitating training for diverse corporate audiences
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Technical comfort with LMS and authoring tools, along with proficiency in Excel
