Job Summary

To create innovative and engaging learning experiences, the remote Lead Learning Experience Designer will partner with various stakeholders to design digital learning resources that enhance the skills and participation of contributors across the Wikimedia movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences and resources for contributors
• Collaborate with product teams and experts to identify learning needs and challenges
• Prototype and iterate on learning experiences using modern tools and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Experience designing digital learning experiences for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging e-learning and blended learning solutions
• Familiarity with using a learning management system (LMS) for content development
