Lead Learning Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners, the full-time Lead Learning Product Manager will define product vision and strategy for AI-driven learning systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the platform
- Design user experiences that deliver targeted knowledge based on real work context to minimize interruptions
- Collaborate with UX, content design, and engineering teams to create embedded learning patterns and ensure system reliability
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management or related roles within B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data/AI products
- Proven track record of owning a product area from strategy definition to shipping user-facing features
- Experience with learning systems, training platforms, or content/knowledge experiences
- Strong UX instincts with a history of collaboration with designers and researchers
- Comfort with data analytics to define metrics and understand user behavior and skills gaps
