Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Learning Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage LCvista configuration, compliance, and system support
Curate and maintain the learning library and CPE compliance
Draft communications and create training materials for system changes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3-4+ years of LMS administration experience, preferably with LCvista
Understanding of accounting/CPA regulatory environments and CPE requirements
Proficiency in SCORM/xAPI, CSV workflows, HTML, SSO, and API integrations
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Background in accounting, professional services, or compliance preferred
