Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Process Consultant to join their Corporate Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to enhance transactional and litigation processes
• Design and implement legal department improvements for seamless adoption
• Develop modern processes with a focus on new systems and technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 10 years experience in business process development
• Experience implementing legal process improvements
• Familiarity with legal technological solutions and project management
• Ability to apply Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
