Lead Legal Process Consultant

Job Summary

Collaborating with business partners, the full-time Lead Legal Process Consultant will design and implement solutions to enhance transactional and litigation processes while working remotely with occasional travel to corporate headquarters for project work and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, design, lead, and implement improvements in legal department processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create employee-centric and technically feasible solutions
• Design modern processes utilizing new systems and technology

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development or design
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in business process development or design
• Demonstrated experience in implementing legal process improvements
• Experience with legal technological solutions, such as ServiceNow and TeamConnect
• Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
