Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Marketer, Shop Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle CRM strategy for Shop, focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention
- Lead the implementation of lifecycle journeys and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with brand and product marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct analyses to identify opportunities for new campaigns across user journey stages
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in consumer app or e-commerce environments
- Hands-on experience with email and push platforms, capable of building and managing campaigns independently
- Advanced technical proficiency in HTML, Liquid, CSS, APIs, and conditional logic
- Intermediate SQL skills with experience in generating actionable insights from A/B tests
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment
