Lead Localization Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading high-impact localization initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Localization Operations Program Manager will drive complex programs, enhance technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve localization processes and delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy through execution
- Translate strategic priorities into executable technical roadmaps while serving as a trusted partner to Localization leadership
- Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging technology, including AI and machine translation, to enhance localization quality and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management with a focus on global, technically complex solutions
- Deep knowledge in localization and internationalization, including experience with AI-driven localization tools
- Strong technical fluency with language technology APIs and machine translation pipelines
- Proven ability to influence technical roadmaps and collaborate with senior leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
