Lead Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the strategic administration of inventory planning and materials management, the full-time remote Lead Logistics Analyst will oversee supply and demand activities, analyze data for forecasting, and implement process improvements across multiple distribution facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Leads inventory planning, master scheduling, and materials handling processes to ensure best practices across distribution facilities
• Coordinates supply and demand activities while optimizing inventory levels and customer service delivery across business units
• Analyzes complex data sets to develop forecasting models and inventory policies that minimize costs and enhance service targets

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory/materials management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with supply chain planning systems and advanced Excel or data analysis tools
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional activities
• Prior experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior team members preferred
