Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reassessment LTD Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload of long-term disability claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely communication with stakeholders
- Compile and analyze documentation to make informed claims determinations and calculate benefits accurately
- Collaborate with external and internal resources to gather necessary information and resolve escalated customer complaints
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in LTD/IDI insurance claims

- Experience in managing multiple systems and technology resources

- Bachelor's degree preferred, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
