Lead M365 Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to oversee Microsoft 365 initiatives and enhance productivity through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M365 services for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related collaboration platforms
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio for workflow optimization
• Lead AI integration projects leveraging Microsoft Copilot and third-party tools to enhance productivity and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in systems engineering
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 services and AI productivity tools
• Advanced skills in automation and scripting, particularly with PowerShell and Power Automate
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
