Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision for the ML/AI roadmap in collaboration with senior engineering leaders and product management
• Guide the ML engineering team in defining and achieving short, medium, and long-term goals
• Mentor engineers through technical challenges and assist in recruiting a diverse team

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, software engineering, or related fields
• Experience in building large-scale AI models and systems using MLOps practices
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for writing maintainable code
• Experience with complex data sets, ETL pipelines, and SQL
• Expertise in cloud architecture and technologies such as AWS, Spark, and Kubernetes
