Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in ML engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in large-scale personalization systems
• Experience with modern ML architectures and strong system design skills
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage stakeholder relationships
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
