Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 ML engineers in building personalization systems
• Architect multi-stage ranking systems and define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Contribute hands-on to critical model development while driving improvements in model quality and system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in ML engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in large-scale personalization systems and modern ML architectures
• Strong system design skills for ML infrastructure
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage stakeholder relationships
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
