Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in large-scale personalization systems and modern ML architectures
• Strong system design skills for machine learning infrastructure
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage stakeholder relationships
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
