Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist, Algorithms & Research.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a Dynamic Memory Management system for LLM/agent applications
• Develop RAG + memory architectures integrating various data representations for context-aware reasoning
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ship memory capabilities end-to-end, including data pipelines and monitoring

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and deploying LLM-powered agent systems in production
• Strong experience with RAG systems, including retrieval pipelines and evaluation methodologies
• Deep understanding of memory in LLM systems, including summarization and personalization
• Hands-on experience with function calling/tool calling systems and post-training models
• Strong foundations in ranking systems and retrieval modeling
