Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To operationalize a cloud-based ML platform, the full-time Lead Machine Learning Engineer will manage and optimize the AWS SageMaker environment, design ML pipelines, and develop infrastructure as code while collaborating closely with data science teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the AWS SageMaker platform for model training and experimentation
• Design, build, and maintain ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and support CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS, particularly Amazon SageMaker for model training and deployment
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Experience managing production systems and building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Programming skills in Python or similar languages used in ML workflows
• Background in Machine Learning, Data Science, or GenAI with practical exposure preferred
