Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing customer lifetime value modeling ecosystem, the remote Lead Machine Learning Engineer I will build and improve scalable machine learning systems, partnering with data scientists and business teams to enhance decision-making across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance systems for customer lifetime value modeling, from development to production support
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize statistical models and forecasting workflows
• Improve ML development practices by creating reliable workflows and reusable tooling

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining machine learning systems
• Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals for production-quality code
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure and data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Ability to design reproducible systems with clear lineage and operational visibility
