Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect, build, and deploy intelligent features for a VIP platform, with a focus on conversational and agentic systems, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design domain-specific AI systems and chatbots for complex dialogue management and workflow execution
• Collaborate with scientists to fine-tune and deploy LLMs on domain-specific data for accuracy measurement
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) systems and establish best practices for model monitoring and evaluation

Required qualifications

• MSc (preferred) or BSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proven experience designing and shipping chatbots or agentic systems using modern LLM-based architectures
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with core ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with deploying AI models as scalable microservices
