Job Summary
Leading the advancement of machine learning capabilities, the full-time remote Lead Machine Learning Engineer will design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art models for autonomous driving, while managing cross-functional teams and addressing commercial-scale challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate models for autonomous driving and simulation
- Leverage emerging techniques in Vision Language Action and Foundation model domains
- Lead small teams of engineers to push beyond current machine learning capabilities
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in Vision Language Action Models, Generative World Models, or Foundation Models in Robotics
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in commercial robotics systems
- At least 1 year of mentoring experience for ML Engineers
- Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python/PyTorch within a Linux environment
