Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of customer lifetime value modeling systems, the remote Lead Machine Learning Engineer will build and improve scalable machine learning systems, partner with data scientists, and enhance operational patterns for high-impact decision-making across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance systems for customer lifetime value modeling, overseeing development, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize statistical models and forecasting workflows that inform business decisions
• Accelerate the transition from research to production by developing scalable infrastructure and reliable workflows

Required qualifications

• BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining machine learning systems and model pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals for building maintainable ML systems
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure and data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform
