Job Summary

Lead Machine Learning Scientist, responsible for owning and scaling ML-driven Marketing/Growth/Product capabilities in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead machine learning solutions across teams to improve marketing efficiency and growth
• Develop and deploy core models for customer engagement, churn prevention, and lifetime value
• Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing spend efficiency through ML-driven insights and models

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field
• Proven experience building and scaling ML models in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with experience in ML frameworks
• Familiarity with marketing-related models and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional projects
