Lead Managed Service Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Managed Service Engineer (Pod Leader).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers, promoting technical excellence and collaboration
• Oversee the design and implementation of SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, and network connectivity solutions
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network, security, and voice issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams and deliver high-quality managed services
• Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, routing protocols, and unified communications
• Preferred Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE 7, Cato Networks Certified Professional, ITIL Foundation
