Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Management Specialist will manage inbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless transition to sales teams while maintaining high CRM data quality and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads within established SLAs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead dispositions to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead management or sales development role
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
  • Fluency in English
