Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Management Specialist will manage inbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless transition to sales teams while maintaining high CRM data quality and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads within established SLAs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead dispositions to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience in a lead management or sales development role
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Fluency in English
