Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement, the remote Lead Management Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless handoff to internal resources while maintaining high data standards in CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct structured discovery using approved qualification frameworks
- Maintain high data-quality standards in CRM and support sales by updating lead dispositions accurately
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide structured feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of previous experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience in a lead management, sales development, customer support, or marketing-driven role
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Fluency in English
