Lead Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary

Driving quality for assigned suppliers, the full-time Lead Manufacturing Specialist will implement quality plans, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier performance remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance and drive improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Utilize supplier scorecards to track performance and support suppliers in achieving industrial standards of excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience for roles in the USA
• Basic experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering for roles outside of the USA
• Understanding of engineering drawings and vendor management
• Ability to resolve issues using established procedures and consult with senior team members as needed
• Experience in data entry and performance monitoring tasks
