Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Lead Marketing Analyst will own analytics for marketing performance, track pipeline contributions, and measure campaign effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated dashboards to track core marketing KPIs and deliver performance reports to senior leadership
- Analyze marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue using multi-touch attribution models and develop clear reporting on marketing impact
- Monitor and optimize lead and account lifecycles, applying data governance to enhance funnel visibility and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related data roles at an enterprise scale
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and familiarity with integrated MarTech ecosystems
- Deep understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms, particularly Salesforce and Eloqua
- Solid grasp of B2B marketing funnels and closed-loop reporting methodologies
