Job Summary

Owning the full measurement stack for marketing, the full-time Lead Marketing Analyst will manage campaign performance, funnel analytics, and attribution modeling remotely for a publicly traded genomics company.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead reporting for agency-managed media campaigns and digital programs, ensuring consistent reporting standards
  • Develop multi-touch attribution models and provide recommendations on budget allocation based on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visibility into the marketing funnel and ensure data quality across systems
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or demand generation analytics
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce data and funnel reporting
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with Airtable for campaign tracking and workflow management
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve full-funnel conversion from lead to pipeline
