Job Summary
Owning the full measurement stack for marketing, the full-time Lead Marketing Analyst will manage campaign performance, funnel analytics, and attribution modeling remotely for a publicly traded genomics company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead reporting for agency-managed media campaigns and digital programs, ensuring consistent reporting standards
- Develop multi-touch attribution models and provide recommendations on budget allocation based on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visibility into the marketing funnel and ensure data quality across systems
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or demand generation analytics
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce data and funnel reporting
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with Airtable for campaign tracking and workflow management
- Proven ability to analyze and improve full-funnel conversion from lead to pipeline
