Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function in a strategic, AI-augmented capacity, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will drive revenue from the Lead Gen Initiative while managing a team of conversion copywriters and collaborating with various departments to ensure quality and consistency in all customer-facing assets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality across all assets
- Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output scalability
- Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS industries
- Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms, including A/B testing and VoC research
