Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function in a full-time remote capacity, the Lead Marketing Copywriter will drive revenue through AI-augmented strategies, managing a team of conversion copywriters and collaborating with various departments to ensure high-quality customer-facing content.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality and consistency
- Design and implement AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output scalability
- Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
- Proven experience leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
