Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function in a remote capacity, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will drive revenue through AI-augmented strategies, manage a team of conversion copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality copy across all platforms
- Design and implement AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output effectively
- Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and defining copy strategy
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
- Proven experience in leading AI adoption and implementing AI-powered workflows in a marketing context
- Experience working with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
