Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function for B2B tech initiatives, the full-time Lead Marketing Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and design AI-powered systems to enhance output, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
- Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to scale content production
- Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS
- Proven track record in leading AI adoption and workflows in marketing
- Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital formats
